Bespoke Garments Policy
Eastin Suits does not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made suits. Each garment is individually crafted after you have personally selected your fabric, material, color, and fit specifications—ensuring a suit created exclusively to your unique measurements and preferences. Because these pieces are made to order and cannot be resold, all sales of custom suits are final.

To ensure your long-term satisfaction, we provide complimentary lifetime alterations on all custom suits. Should your measurements change or adjustments be needed at any point, our tailors will refine the fit at no additional cost—guaranteeing your suit continues to look and feel impeccable for years to come.
